Anavah Return Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
This Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Anavah (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website or affiliated sales channels, the purchaser (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with product, incorrect sizing, or change of preference.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

In the rare event that merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery by emailing nextup.anavah@gmail.com.

Your email must include:
(a) the order number,
(b) a description of the issue, and
(c) clear photographic evidence. -
The Company will determine, in its sole discretion, whether the claim is valid. If so, we may, at our option:

(a) replace the item with the same product (subject to availability), or
-
(b) issue store credit not exceeding the original purchase price.

No cash refunds will be issued.
3. Exclusions

Claims resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alterations are not covered.

The Company is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers or third-party shipping providers.
4. No Waiver

Failure by the Company to enforce any part of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
5. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
